At Fiery Hearts Seva, we make wellbeing accessible through four key service streams, supporting individuals and organisations where it’s needed most—empowering individuals and communities, and strengthening the organisations that serve them.
1. Community Wellbeing for Individuals
We provide direct support for people managing life’s challenges—social isolation, financial hardship, ADHD, anxiety, work stress, and burnout—who lack access to wellbeing services. Our inclusive programmes build resilience, connection, and self-care. We support unemployed individuals, the elderly, students, single parents, carers, key workers, low-paid workers, neurodivergent people, and more.
2. Wellbeing Through Partnerships
We collaborate with charities, CICs, and community organisations to support those in complex life situations, including women and children in vulnerable circumstances, refugees, asylum seekers, immobile groups, end-of-life care patients, people recovering from addiction, and individuals transitioning from homelessness or the justice system. Our services enhance existing programmes, helping service users regain stability, build confidence, and develop coping strategies.
3. Workplace Wellbeing for Small Organisations
Charities, CICs, and small businesses often struggle to invest in staff wellbeing. We provide accessible programmes that prevent burnout, boost morale, and foster a healthier workplace culture. 4. The Arts & Wellbeing Equipment Library
Many wellbeing practitioners and artists face financial barriers to accessing professional-grade equipment. Our Equipment Library provides affordable rentals of essential trade tools—sound healing equipment, yoga props, creative arts materials, and more—empowering practitioners to build sustainable careers and expand wellbeing services in their communities. Through this initiative, we remove cost as a barrier to impact.
We offer a variety of mindfulness practices that incorporate the arts, enabling participants to engage deeply with their inner selves. I’m usually on the go for 10+ hours a day, slowing down has never come naturally to me. A friend invited me to this sound bath, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But as soon as the session began, I could feel myself unwinding ways I’ve never felt before and can’t quite describe. It was more than relaxation—it was healing!
