While we provide mats and any additional equipment required for classes, you are welcome to bring your own mat if that makes you feel more comfortable. Some participants also prefer to bring a towel and a water bottle. If you are attending meditation sessions, a cushion or blanket may enhance your comfort.
Our classes at Fiery Hearts typically maintain a small and intimate setting, with a maximum of 24 participants per session within our Public Offerings.
