Fiery Hearts is the trading name of Sacre Coeur Ltd, and services offered by Fiery Hearts Seva are provided by Fiery Hearts CIC (Community Interest Company), a separate legal entity. Both companies are registered in England and Wales. By using this website, booking a service or attending an event offered under either entity, you agree to the following terms:

• All services are subject to availability.
• Cancellations for group classes must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
• Retreats and private bookings have specific cancellation policies outlined during the booking process.
• The Fiery Hearts team reserves the right to modify services, schedules, or pricing at any time.
• Participants must inform instructors of any medical concerns or limitations prior to participation.

Liability Waiver

By attending any service or event offered under Sacre Coeur Ltd or Fiery Hearts CIC, you acknowledge the following:

• Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their personal health and wellbeing.
• Neither Sacre Coeur Ltd nor Fiery Hearts CIC, including their representatives, is liable for injuries or damages occurring during or as a result of participation in activities.
